About Camilla
Born and raised in Sweden, with a deep connection to nature and the quieter rhythms of life, I have always felt drawn to practices that help us reconnect with our inner balance. My path led me to Dorset in 1989, and the UK has been home since 1994.
For over three decades my life has been shaped by embodied practices, including Iyengar, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga. These disciplines not only strengthened me, but also taught me how to listen more deeply, slow down, and return to a place of steadiness within.
Like most people, my life journey has also brought moments of challenge and growth. Experiences within relationships, family life, corporate life and motherhood have deepened my understanding of how important it is to feel safe, supported and truly met. These experiences have cultivated a compassion and grounded presence that now form the foundation of how I hold space for others.
My calling to Reiki emerged naturally after many years of personal practice and inner work. For me, Reiki is not something abstract. It is a gentle and calming way of reconnecting with the body’s own capacity for balance and restoration.
When you come for Reiki, you are not coming to be fixed - you are coming to be met. My intention is to offer a grounded and supportive space where you can deeply relax and reconnect with yourself.
I am a wife and mother to two teenage sons and live in South London.
My work is rooted in real life and shaped by the qualities at the heart of my practice: authenticity, grounding, and calm.
This is not about escaping life. It is about meeting it with balance and presence.
My Qualifications
I hold a Reiki Level II qualification in both Western and Japanese lineages of Mikao Usui’s system. I trained at the Reiki Academy London, a member of the UK Reiki Federation and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
I am currently working towards a Reiki Diploma, accredited by the CNHC and aligned with professional standards for complementary healthcare practitioners. This training supports practice in a range of settings, including private practice, hospices, charities, and healthcare environments, including alongside NHS-supported services.
I hold full professional insurance with Balens, including public, professional, and products liability cover.
Alongside my Reiki training, I am currently completing a 200-hour holistic Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with High Yoga School in London (Yoga Federation accredited), running from March to June 2026.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attend workshops, training courses, and practitioner development sessions to continue deepening my understanding of Reiki and holistic healing.
